This particular 14k Gold Miraculous Medal Pendant is a beautifully ornate version of this meaningful piece.

The Miraculous Medal itself sits at the very center and it's loyal to the traditional design. On the front is Mary, surrounded by the text "Oh Mary Conceived Without Sin Pray For Us Who Have Recourse To Thee." On the back is the letter M, combined with the cross; representing Mary and Jesus. Surrounding the medal is an elaborate frame which sets this pendant apart from most Miraculous Medals.

The pendant measures 1 inch in length, including the bail and 3/4 of an inch in width. The bail accommodates chains up to 2.5 mm in width. Finally it weighs 1.4 grams.
