This Silver & Topaz Heart Pendant feature both the pendant and the chain, making it a ready to wear (or gift) piece. The core of the design is a silver heart with a beautiful icy blue topaz at the center. Above the heart is a fountain style that is almost a little reminiscent of a crown.
