This Silver & Gemstone Heart Locket is so striking and definitely a personal favorite. It has just a hint of steampunk about it and is a substantially sized locked. The three gemstones featured on the front face are peridot, garnet and citrine which have a real nature inspired quality when combined together in this way. The filigree style details on the pendant are accented by marcasite stones, giving a subtle shimmer to it. This piece is ready to wear (or gift,) featuring both the chain and the pendant. The locket is fully functional and open and closes easily but the clasp is secure.
The necklace itself measures 16 inches in length. The pendant measures 30 mm or 1 inch in height and that includes the hanger. It measures 22 mm or 0.9 inches across the widest point. It's also 12 mm or 1/2 an inch in its depth which could be worth noting if you are wanting to put something inside. The pendant is hallmarked sterling silver and that can be found inside the lock. The chain is hallmarked at the clasp. The chain itself measures 1.5 mm in width and the whole piece weighs 11.3 grams.
