Bead Bash on the Lake begins tomorrow (Thursday) night at midnight EDT. Please be aware that all times stated are Eastern Daylight Time and we're based out of Ohio. There are websites out there that can help convert those times to your local zones.

All promotions go live at midnight tomorrow. As always technical issues can arise and particularly when so many offers and stock is set to go live at once, it can take a little time for everything to be processing correctly. Yes! We check all orders manually after the event and combine all of your orders into one package. When we process your orders, you'll receive a refund to ensure the promotion is correctly applied. Please be aware it's always the cheapest bead that is free but rest assured we ensure everyone gets all promotions they can.

My basket has shipping charges but I have $50 or more of full priced items! Why?

Certain products have shipping charges applied automatically. If you qualify for free shipping, you'll receive a refund after the event.

Where do you ship?

We ship globally.

I've placed three orders and all have shipping charges. Do I have to pay three times?

No. We'll combine all of your orders at the end of the event and refund any excess shipping charges.

Can I buy more than one event bead? Do you have limits?

You can shop as many as you want. Please remember however that clicking the buy button is a commitment to purchase. We do not tolerate customers "reserving" beads to decide later which they want to keep. It is not fair on our other customers.

I had a bead in my cart but it disappeared before I checked out.

Beads are only yours once you complete your order and check out. The website works on a first come first served basis. If multiple customers have the same bead in their cart, the first to check out gets it. We generally recommend you check out all beads as soon as possible. We'll ensure all of your promotions are applied at the end of the event anyway.

I placed an order on Friday and it's now Monday. Why haven't you shipped?

Slow down please :) We're a very small team here at GLB (and we happen to like it that way too.) We don't begin processing orders until after the event ends. This is to ensure everyone places all of the orders they want and we can correctly make any necessary refunds and apply promotions for you. With this in mind we won't even begin to really look at the orders until Monday. We will begin shipping orders as soon as we're able but you can expect slower dispatch times during events. Rest assured we're working as fast as we can. We work extremely long hours until all orders are shipped.

Beads in my cart should be on offer but the prices show as full. Why?

Technical issues can occur. The website has a lot of promotions to apply this event. Unfortunately it's impossible for us to thoroughly stress test all of this before the event without disrupting the website. Rest assured if your beads qualify for a promotion or sale price, you will receive refunds when we process your order. We advise you check out and secure your beads.

A bead I want will be available at 6pm EDT. What is that in my time? And what is EDT?

We're based out of Ohio and are currently on EDT (Eastern Daylight Time.)

We have customers located across the globe and it's not practical for us to convert our times to every other time zone. There are many websites that will help you to calculate time differences. (Try searching Google.)

I left a bead in my cart and now it's gone. You're deleting orders!

No we aren't. It's not uncommon for customers to leave a bead in their cart and for another customer to claim that bead and check out. Under those circumstances, your cart will be emptied. We work on a first come first served basis and a bead isn't yours until you complete a check out.
