This charm bracelet blog brings a little inspiration for The Palace of Amber Steampunk beads.
The Palace of Amber steampunk series debuted as part of Bead Bash on the Lake. This is a new series, exclusive to Great Lakes Boutique. The release took months to prepare for so with that in mind, these won't constantly be available. They're more like to be sporadic releases and likely tied to the events.
A short time ago we re-listed the beads remaining from batch one. These are such lovely beads that I also wanted to take the opportunity to share a little inspiration.
These are chunky, focal pieces but will work on either bracelets or necklaces. Please do note that while they're universally cored, most of them do not fit bangles as they're too large to accommodate the curve. There's a single bead currently live that does work on bangles (bead 12.)
Due to their size I've tended to wear just one or two on a bracelet, stacked together with bangles. Styled here is a stack in chocolate and rose shades for the summer season. The beads used are a mix of The Palace of Amber Rose Lucky Pearls and Midsummer Night's Dream. The brown stones are the Trollbeads Round Tiger Eye and on the upper bangle is the Thomas Sabo Karma Beads Rose Quartz and Owl bead.
