This Trollbeads blog brings the details of the Trollbeads promotions for Bead Bash on the Lake Fall 2021.

With less than two weeks to go until the start of Bead Bash on the Lake Fall 2021, today we're confirming the Trollbeads promotions. These will be very familiar to many of you but it's always worth checking the exclusions carefully. It's really important to remember that newer collections and all special product is excluded from the Trollbeads promotions.

As always we do not accept returns on items purchased during sales and promotions. All orders are final during event weekends. We will not change or cancel your order so please be sure you are committed before hitting the buy button.

Please take the time to read the following exclusions, terms & conditions carefully. We can't be held responsible if you are expecting refunds for promotions when your chosen items are exempt. If you're unsure of exemptions, please email victoria@greatlakesboutique.net before the event as we're so busy during event weekends that it's going to be difficult to start explaining promotions in more detail then.

Please note that promotions do not stack. You cannot for example, save 25% on Trollbeads gold and then try to apply buy three get one free too. Nor can you purchase three Trollbeads locks, get one free plus qualify for four free bracelets. All offers are "stand alone." In this same way Gratitude Points cannot be applied to any Trollbeads promotions. Nor can they be applied to any of the Trollbeads special event stock. Doing so will result in your order being canceled.

Promotions will process automatically on the website. For example if you have four qualifying beads in your cart, one will be free at checkout. Please be aware that if you use Paypal Express Checkout, your promotions will likely not apply. This is unfortunately nothing we can fix as it's an issue with Paypal themselves. If promotions do not show in your cart, please just check out. We will correct any and all missing promotions once the event is over. Not checking out can mean that you will miss out on certain beads.

All of the promotions below apply throughout the event. If you spread your spends across the weekend, we will ensure all applicable promotions are applied and refunds made after the event. For example if you were to purchase two beads on Friday and two beads on Saturday, you still qualify for buy three get one free and you will be refunded your free bead during the week after the event.

Many of you will find yourself owed refunds at the end of the event. This is usually due to spreading your spends across the weekend. (Though again please be advised that all of the special stock is exempt.)

For those of you owed refunds, these will begin after the event has ended. We unfortunately do not have time to process refunds during the event itself.

All orders are checked manually once the event ends and this takes time. Your friend receiving a refund before you does not mean you have been forgotten. Refunds are processed automatically at our side. You do not need to contact us to request refunds.

Please be aware that credit card refunds are not instantaneous. These can take upto 14 working days depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
